Grid Integration & Step-Up/Step-Down Planning

• Space and Cooling Layout: Reserve a 2U position in a standard 19-inch equipment rack. Maintain at least 100 mm of clear space behind the rear cooling exhaust fans to avoid thermal pooling and keep the internal electronics below 40°C.

Physical Installation Steps

1. Support Rail Alignment: Secure the included heavy-duty 4-post rack rails into the designated 2U slot of the equipment cabinet. Always place the unit in the lower portion of the rack to maintain structural balance.

2. Chassis Integration: Carefully lift and slide the 31.30 kg UPS framework along the rail channels. Bolt the front mounting ears to the vertical rack posts using standard M6 cage nuts.

3. Internal Battery Connection: Remove the front plastic bezel panel, plug together the high-current internal lead-acid battery linkage terminals firmly until they snap locked, and replace the front bezel.
