Thermal Management: Apply the included silicone thermal pad directly onto the SSD chips. Place the aluminum heat exchanger/cover on top to ensure direct contact with the outer shell.

Securing: Use the rubber standoff or included screws to lock the SSD in place.
Installation Steps

Connect the USB-C cable to the enclosure and the host computer (use a USB 3.2 Gen2 port for maximum speed).

For RAID models (S1222), connect the external 12V power adapter if using high-consumption drives or performing offline clones.
Configuration and Performance Tuning
To verify your high-speed setup:

Format for Compatibility: Use Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac) to initialize the drive. Use exFAT if you need to move data between Windows, Mac, and Android/iPhone.

Offline Cloning (RAID Model): To clone a drive without a PC, insert the Source and Target drives, set the switch to “Clone,” and hold the “Start” button. LED indicators will show progress (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
