Deployment and Installation

Physical Mounting Protocol
The EXES-1000 Master units are standard 19-inch rack-mountable devices. Ensure a minimum of 1U thermal ventilation spacing above and below the main chassis inside the server enclosure.
Battery Activation Sequence
Before structural deployment, the mini-jumper for battery backup on the CCU-11B processor board must be moved from the shipping OFF position to the active ON position to engage continuous memory registration.
System Configuration
System configuration workflows must be completed through localized engineering to validate active product warranties.
Step 1: Core Processor Setup
Power off the primary alternating current line before executing modifications. Insert the main CCU-11B module into the designated core exchange slot. Moving or inserting cards while lines are active can cause physical damage to sensitive relay traces.
Step 2: Function Selection Configuration
Manually define system behavior using the internal dual inline package switches (SW-A and SW-B) situated on the primary control card. Set priority overrides, paging durations (short 0.7-second vs. long 1.3-second options), continuous call tones, and push-to-talk settings according to facility guidelines.
Step 3: Station Registration Mapping
Initiate system programming directly via Station Number 11 (the hardcoded programming terminal). Define master-to-sub cross-connections, group paging zones, and continuous call distribution patterns through the master alphanumeric dialing sequence.
Service and Configuration Availability
